Welcome to Muerps Global AI Cross-Border E-Commerce Platform (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or the "Platform"). This policy is intended to help you understand how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, as well as the rights you have over your personal information. This policy applies to all shopping, browsing, after-sales service, and other service scenarios on the Platform. By using the Platform's services, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this policy; if you do not agree, please stop using the Platform's services immediately.

- Completing Core Transaction Services: Processing your orders, arranging delivery or self-pickup, completing payment settlements, and handling after-sales exchanges/refunds are necessary processes for us to provide e-commerce services to you.
- Ensuring Account and Transaction Security: Verifying user identity, preventing risks such as fraud, malicious order manipulation, and account theft, and responding to security incidents to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both you and the Platform.
- Sending Service Notifications: Sending you necessary service notifications such as order status, logistics information, and after-sales progress. Such notifications are core transaction information and cannot be unsubscribed from.
- Marketing and Promotions (Subject to Your Consent): Only with your prior consent, we send you marketing notifications such as Platform activities and promotional offers; youmay unsubscribe at any time via the SMS unsubscribe link or through Platformsettings, and after unsubscribing, we will no longer send you marketing communications.
