This Agreement is entered into between Muerps Global AI Cross-Border E-Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) and the registered user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). By completing the registration process, the User is deemed to have agreed to comply with all terms of this Agreement:
I. Registration Eligibility
- Users must be natural persons with full legal capacity or legally existing legal entities/organizations; merchants must provide a valid business license and operating qualifications upon registration.
- Each User may register only one valid account. Malicious duplicate registrations are prohibited, and the Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts registered in violation of these terms.
II. Account Rules
- Users must provide true and accurate registration information and update it promptly upon any changes; the platform protects user information in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their account passwords and must not lend or transfer their accounts to others; users shall bear sole responsibility for any losses resulting from their own negligence in safeguarding their accounts.
III. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
Users:
- Users have the right to use basic services such as browsing products, conducting transactions, and leaving reviews in accordance with platform rules; merchant users may list products and conduct business in compliance with these rules.
- Must comply with laws, regulations, and platform rules; the sale of prohibited goods, the publication of illegal information, malicious order padding, and interference with platform operations are strictly prohibited; merchants bear full responsibility for the quality of their products, after-sales service, and tax compliance.
Platform:
- Provides users with stable transaction services and supervises platform operations in accordance with the rules.
- The platform has the right to review registration applications and take measures against users who violate the rules, including restricting functionality, freezing accounts, and terminating accounts.
IV. Disclaimer
- The Platform merely provides information matching services for both parties to a transaction and makes no guarantees regarding the authenticity of product information posted by users, product quality, or service levels; risks associated with transactions are borne solely by the transacting parties.
- The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, third-party attacks, system maintenance or upgrades, government regulations, or other reasons beyond the Platform’s control; however, it will make every effort to cooperate in remedial actions.
- The Platform makes no commitment regarding the absolute stability or error-free nature of the services and shall not be liable for any indirect losses incurred by users as a result of using the services.
- If a user infringes upon the rights of a third party due to a transaction dispute with another user, the user shall bear full responsibility, and the Platform shall not bear any joint liability.
V. Fee Information
Registration and use of basic services are free for general users; fees for value-added services and merchant services will be charged according to the standards published by the platform.
VI. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
- The platform may amend the terms of this agreement in accordance with legal requirements and operational needs. The amended Agreement will be posted on the Platform's homepage and will take effect 7 days after posting. If you do not raise any objections during the posting period and continue to use the platform's services, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended agreement; if you do not agree to the changes, you may apply to close your account to terminate this agreement.
- Users may apply to close their accounts and terminate this Agreement at any time; if a user violates the terms, the Platform reserves the right to unilaterally terminate services.
VII. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable consultation between the parties; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court where the Platform is registered.
VIII. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall take effect on the date the user successfully registers, and the Platform reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Agreement.
